Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Although If you have received any wrong, defective or damaged products, then your order will be eligible for exchange and replacement. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For that, a clear and correct video recording of the opening package is needed for a replacement for the same product only. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You need to Create a Support ticket and attach the recorded video or you can send an email to support amanbhopur@gmail.com The video should be from start to end without any interruption. In a video, first, all sides of the parcel should be visible that it is packed. It should be shown from every side with billing detail on it. If we find that the video is edited, not clear, not recorded properly, and details are not clear, we have the right to cancel your request for product replacement.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
